Where can I find the YouTube search tool add-on for FireFox?

| Posted by William Davidson | Uncategorized

In the default FireFox internet browser, there is a list of search Engines provided, i.e: IMDB, Google, Yahoo, Dictionary, Wiki, Ebay, etc. Before, I reinstalled FireFox, I had a YouTube search tool add-on thing, but once I reinstalled it, I lost it, and I cannot find it anywhere on Mozilla’s website, I’m wondering if they got rid of it or not… which seems highly improbable, but who knows?

You can’t find it because it’s not an extension.

To get that back, just go to http://www.youtube.com, and notice how the little arrow at the left of the Firefox search box becomes blue… That means this site offers a custom search.

Just click the arrow, and select "Add YouTube Video Search" and that’s it.
