my tool bar on the internet explorer is no longer frozen at the top?

The cat walked across my keyboard and now the tool bar (file, edit and search bar) are no longer at the top of the page, nor is the start button at the bottom anymore. They only appear when the mouse is over them. Im using XP, how do i make them come back?

Your kitty stepped on the F11 key and put your browser into full screen mode. Press the F11 key again to toggle back to normal mode.
